Discover And Use Your Natural Strengths For Greater Job Satisfaction
What is Strengthscope?
Strengthscope is a leading strengths assessment tool which
provides a comprehensive measure of an individual's strengths and of how
they can be used productively at work.
Although it is available as an individual assessment, I strongly recommend that you take the Strength scope360 which allows you to include feedback from up to 8 colleagues and friends. This is an invaluable way to get and all perspective on your strengths.
When you take the assessment you will learn about:
Your key performance strengths
The tasks and activities that are most likely to energise you and lead to high levels of engagement
The possible consequences of using your strengths too much, too little or in a way that isn't appropriate for the situation
The extent to which you apply your strengths optimally in the way you approach your work
How visible your strengths are to co-workers and key stakeholders
As a result of understanding your strengths, you will be able to assess possible future careers you may be considering to see if they will be a good match.
Some of the benefits of finding work where you can really use your key strengths to the full are
Improving your sense of achievement
Greater motivation and enjoyment at work
Increased confidence on the job and in tackling any challenges at work
