What is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator?^®

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator^®, or MBTI^®, as it is often called, is the world's most widely used personality assessment.

It is based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological type and was developed by mother and daughter team Katherine Briggs and Elizabeth Briggs-Myers over 50 years ago and it has continued to be refined by specialists ever since.

The assessment focuses on your personal preferences in relation to:

Because the assessment has been developed, refined and tested over many years, it means you can be sure that the questions are well designed to measure your personality preferences and you will get a much more accurate result than from some of the free online personality tests available.

You will receive a personalised MBTI^® Profile which explains your results on the MBTI^® Assessment. The report explains what the letters of your MBTI^® 'type' mean and also how clearly your preferences were stated when you completed the questionnaire.

How to take the MBTI^® Personality Assessment

Review the prices on my Coaching Services page and contact me if you wish to discuss your needs.

Once you have paid, you will then be taken to a page where you supply me with your name and contact details so I can arrange for the assessment to be set up for you.

As soon as I receive your details and the notification of your payment, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to the MBTI^® assessment together with your unique user name and password.

You complete the assessment on line in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient to you. It takes about 20-40 minutes to answer the questions.

Once you submit your completed questionnaire, I am automatically notified and I arrange for the report to be sent to you and will contact you to agree a time to discuss the results. This can be by phone, Skype or face-to-face.
